   Nagaoka Perfumery Co. develops and manufactures ingredients and materials for foods and confectionery items. We deliver value-added products by taking full advantage of our technology and experience in manufacturing fragrances.



Fine curry powders & Spices

Dozens of spices are prepared through extracting, crushing, and aging, and then mixed into fine curry powder.


Seasonings

Various food ingredients are processed into powders, pastes, and oils, according to the use, by mixing, boiling, roasting, concentrating, and extracting. The use varies from Chinese noodle soup, boil-in-the-bag foods, and snacks, to other soups, beef & fish products, and seasonings.

Processed Nuts & Seeds

Nagaoka Perfumery Co. has developed an original processing methods of nuts and seeds through coating and exfoliation. We manufacture a wide range of products from whole products to cut products. Sugar, chocolate, frying are used for the coating to add more taste and flavor, and they are also very effective for stabilizing product quality. By exchanging different products and pastes, we can create a variety of different tastes.

Granules & Granulated Products

We renovated our conventional manufacturing process by introducing new equipment. Various granulated products such as non-parail, sugar-coated, liquid layer granule, and extruded granule products are now available.

Processed Fruit Products

Besides flavorings, we also develop and adapt applications for seaweed and vegetables of various fruits and ascebtec potting. We manufacture dried fruit products such as raisins, cranberries, raspberries, and blueberries, preserved in liquor (rum, liqueur, brandy, or wine), as well as processed products as cut products, pastes, and jellies. These are used in chocolates, baked confectioneries, cold sweets, dairy products, and gummy candies.

Frozen & Crushed Products

Fresh fruits and vegetables are crushed at ultra-low temperature using liquid nitrogen. This method has a great advantage in preserving the fresh flavor of the materials. Used for cold sweets, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and desserts.

Fermented Milk Products

We manufacture fermented milk and its products using lactic acid bacterium.
